According to attendance, activity, tasks, homework and test results, candidates will get a Certificate for "Successfully completed academy" or Certificate for "Attended academy".
During his professional engagement, which officially starts back in 2000, his interests are mainly focused on designing, organizing and conducting trainings, in many areas in IT Industry. He manages the ⋮IW Education Center, also works as IT Consultant, and is author of several books in the field of ICT. He is always focused on acquiring new knowledge and that is why he often spends his free time hanging out with books. He mostly relaxes walking with his four-legged friend. His formal education Dušan started at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia, where he was hired at the Faculty in several subjects related to the design and development of information systems, where he still works as a teaching assistant. He is currently a doctoral student who wants to connect the influence and application of modern information technology with sport, which is an integral part of his life. His love for technologies developed spontaneously, seeing that it is the way in which critical thinking, problem-solving skills and creativity can come to the fore through the development of interesting software solutions. Maria started her career as part of the Business enablement department at IWConnect where she works daily on project management using Atlassian tools. She has worked on many projects in different industries, and as part of the IW Education Center she is a lecturer of the comprehensive course “Modern Management Methods” and successfully helps candidates to cope with organizing, managing and following different methods and techniques of work using the range of Atlassian products. In her free time she reads books, but she also loves nature as well as long walks with her family, which are a real pleasure for her. Her motto is “If you want something you never had, you have to do something you’ve never done”.

Teodora has been captivated by computers and all things tech-related since she was a child. This interest led her to pursue a degree in computer science at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies in Bitola. Her work with cloud and integration technologies, virtualization, and networking has only strengthened her love for the field. Outside of work, Teodora enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and spending time with her family and dogs, and reading books is also one of her favorite hobbies. She believes that learning is a lifelong journey and that a positive attitude is key to success. Her motivational motto is, "The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you."

Kristijan has a master degree at FICT Bitola in the field of Management of Information Systems, afterwards he started to work as IT Support specialist at the automotive industry. Now is part of the ⋮IWConnect team, where he is working with Unix based systems and supporting technologies as it is TIBCO. Also in ⋮IWConnect started to learn and introduce to DevOps technologies and cloud fundamentals. His fields of interests are running processes on the supported hosts, running processes in OS (Unix, Windows) and log analyzing. His free time wants to spend with his family and friends. Also is passionate about sports (skiing, hiking, cycling) and watching football and handball matches.
