As we celebrate another incredible year at ⋮IWEC we want to share some of the reflections about our most exciting milestones over the past unbelievable twelve months. The best part was that we have connected with over 500 candidates, offered comprehensive and qualitative programs and pieces of training, raised the standards following our strategic goals, and this is surely a sign of really big things coming in 2023.
Academies and Training: This year we organized and successfully realized 10 Trainings starting with QA Testing Comprehensive Training and Front–end Academy with React, Preparatory training for software development, and Modern Management Methods. As an Education Center, we are passionate about helping every learner get the tech skills they need to meet the future head-on.
Candidates: We made significant improvements with the roadmaps of how to become an expert in IT, and we are proud to stand behind them. We have connected with over 500 candidates reaching 90% increased technical skills.
Employed candidates: We exist to help and support candidates to upskill themselves to expert levels and non-tech professionals to acquire quality, relevant and recognizable skills and competencies to successfully advance into a new career path. We aim to create quality IT professionals following our strategic goals. We have 38 candidates employed in IT Companies.
Kids Camps: This summer ⋮IWEC organized and realized two successful Kids’ Summer Camps. We are the first center that offered youth and children the opportunity to enjoy a combination of learning, creative enrichment and action-packed adventure by organizing this type of camp. The first Summer Camp was organized in Pelister and we had 32 participants. The second Summer Camp was organized in Mavrovo in partnership with Macedonia2025, a non-profit, non-political organization. We had 18 participants from Macedonia and the diaspora.
Instructors: We couldn’t have done it without our amazing 16 instructors. We thank you deeply for your continued support and passion in achieving our mission and vision – you make it all worthwhile.
Team Building: We spent some quality time with our team out of the office which helped us to connect on a quite different level. This was the first team building organized in ⋮IWEC and we had an amazing time in Terpsi, Greece enjoying the exceptional food and great wine in such an extraordinary place.
Networking event: At the end of the summer, we organized a day dedicated to our students. They received Certificates of completion for their dedication, their outstanding efforts and work, and enduring commitment.
Last but not least we also had a New Year gathering with all of the students that visited our training in the past year. It was the perfect way to reflect on the year that has passed, the skills they gained and the knowledge our instructors transferred. More than 130 students came to the event and made it a night to remember.
2022 has been a major year for ⋮IWEC by any measure. As we look forward, we anticipate even more accelerated growth in the next year.
